The Trust works with residents, investors, community groups, ratepayers, businesses and philanthropists to deliver our fundraising program throughout the year. These connections give the Trust a platform to raise vital funds and awareness to support local grassroots charities in Brisbane.

Winter Dreaming Gala Ball 2024
Over 500 guests were immersed into a wonderland of winter for the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust Winter Dreaming Gala Ball. Funds from this event support the Trust’s annual giving program, providing assistance to many Brisbane charities.
BrisSizzle and Sounds 2024
For the second year in the brand new location of Victoria Park / Barrambin, BrisSizzle and Sounds saw thousands of Brisbane residents enjoy a day in the sun with something for everyone. The proceeds from this event support co beneficiaries Foodbank Queensland and Drug ARM.
The Enchanted Garden Gala Ball 2023
The Enchanted Garden was the theme for the 2023 Gala Ball, and it was nothing short of enchanting! The record breaking funds raised from this event allow the Trust to extend a lifeline to vulnerable people in our community.
BrisSizzle and Sounds 2023
The Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust “BrisSizzle and Sounds” community event hosted a day out at Brisbane’s best new park, Victoria Park / Barrambin for families to enjoy. The proceeds from this event allowed the Trust to donate $44,953.35 to beneficiaries Foodbank Queensland and Drug ARM!
Masquerade Gala Ball 2022
The 2022 Masquerade Gala ball raised $50,000 for beneficiary This Is A Conversation Starter (TIACS) as well as supporting the Trust’s annual giving program to assist over 100 different charities. Thanks to our generous sponsors, investors, and supporters, this $50,000 will provide 555 hours of counselling to blue collar Australians.
Camilla Luncheon & Runway Fashion Show 2022
Proudly presented by the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust and KAILO, the Camilla Luncheon & Runway Fashion show saw Camilla Franks personally show her latest collection in Brisbane for the first time in eight years. This event raised vital funds for the Trust and at Camilla’s personal request, supported local grassroots cancer charities, Mummy’s Wish and Be Uplifted.
