The Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust’s Annual Gala Ball will be held on

Saturday, 9 September 2023 and this year’s theme is

A magical reception will welcome guests at King George Square followed by an enchanting evening inside City Hall, filled with phenomenal entertainment, fine food, as well as a chance to win incredible lucky door, live auction and raffle prizes.

This black tie gala ball aims to to immerse you into the wonder of The Enchanted Garden, with all corners of City Hall’s Main Auditorium transformed like you have never seen before.

Funds raised from this event will allow the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust to support local Brisbane grassroots charities that are seeking assistance in a time of unprecedented need. Every dollar raised on the night will  go directly to the frontline, distributed to over 100 different charities who are addressing the most pressing social needs.​

Who you are supporting

The Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust has been caring for the Brisbane community since the 1950s.

Through a range of critical grant rounds, facilitating connections and support to over 100 local grassroots charities annually, the Trust makes an impact on Brisbane’s biggest community challenges. Whether it be people experiencing homelessness,  domestic violence, food scarcity, disability or  illness, the Trust is directly making a difference to those working on the frontline.
