Chair, Lord Mayor's Charitable Trust
Nina Schrinner is the Lady Mayoress of Brisbane and Chair of the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust.
She is a mother of four young children aged between 2 and 7.
Nina is also a lawyer and in recent years worked as a special advisor to the Federal Attorney General.
She was born in Queensland and has spent most of her life living in Brisbane’s eastern suburbs.
Nina has a real passion for people and absolutely loves the opportunity to provide encouragement and support for the fantastic work being done by charities across Brisbane.
Like her husband Adrian, she believes that the sign of a strong, healthy city is a city with a big heart.
As the Chair of the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust, Nina is committed to ensuring the trust continues to increase its support for the charities that are making such a difference in our community.

Councillor for Northgate Ward
Brisbane City Council
Councillor Adam Allan was elected to Council at the 2016 Brisbane City Council elections. Councillor Allan has a strong interest in local community and sporting groups and has a particular interest in social finance and bringing communities together. He is in regular contact with local community groups, sporting clubs, community service providers and special interest groups.
He previously had a successful career in banking and consulting having worked in Australia and a number of overseas locations. This has given him the opportunity to work with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds. His experience overseas has also given him valuable insights into how other cities have grown and developed.
Councillor Allan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a number of other professional qualifications. Councillor Allan is married with three children and lives in Wavell Heights.
Is a name synonymous with the fashion industry both domestically and internationally. A “Summary of Experience” is insufficient to detail the breadth of her considerable knowledge or her contributions to the Fashion industry. A quick scan of Danielle’s working history clearly shows an early maturity and solid business acumen. It is a testament to these talents that she rose quickly to the role of National Fashion Buyer for David Jones Australia, a role usually reserved for those many years her senior. Danielle’s subsequent career has seen her further expand her experience in the areas of Product Development, Marketing and Events. All of which has culminated in the formation of her company Blaq-Marketing which boasts a distinguished list of national and international clients.
Danielle believes the four main reasons that companies choose to implement her marketing skills is to increase their brand awareness, to generate leads, to generate customer engagement and most important to increase their ROI.
Chief Operating Officer
Fiona Sperou is a communication specialist with more than 18 years' experience in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, issues and crisis management, and change communication. Fiona is also a specialist facilitator and communication trainer.
As Chief Operating Officer of Rowland (a communication, digital and creative agency), Fiona has provided advice and support to a broad cross-section of local, national and international organisations across a broad range of sectors, including not-for-profit, health, education, mining and resources, government, professional services, agribusiness, ports, transport, and infrastructure.
F A Pidgeon & Sons Pty Ltd
After completing degrees in Commerce and Law, Allan gained experience as a tax accountant and stock-broker. He is now a Director of the family property business F A Pidgeon & Son Pty Ltd.
Among other community involvements, Allan is president of the Australian National Flag Association, and is also a Director of the Mater Hospital foundation.
Special Advisory Director
Patrice is a Director of Bentleys, and has over three decades' experience in chartered accounting and commerce. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of company Directors.
Patrice is also a Treasurer on the University of Queensland's council for the Women's college and a member of the External Advisory Group for QUT's Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation. She has also held Board roles for Multicap, The Queensland Abattoir Corporation and the Queensland Conservation Society.
In her spare time Patrice is a keen cyclist, and regularly takes part in charity rides.
City Administration & Governance
Brisbane City Council
Pip Hold was appointed to the position of Divisional Manager, City Administration and Governance in 2014. Prior to this, Pip spent almost 5 years as Manager of the Lord Mayor’s Administration Office.
During this time, Pip has been heavily involved in the Trust in a behind the scenes role and is looking forward to continue this contribution in her role as a Trustee.
Pip provides strategic direction and leadership for the Chief Executive's Office. She also discharges the responsibilities formerly discharged by the Town Clerk as outlined in previous legislation and under Local Laws.
Pip joined Council in 2009 as the International Relations Manager. Prior to this, Pip had a wide ranging career in Federal and State (South Australia) Government.
Director, BD & Marketing
Marty Rowen is a hard working, strategic thinking commercial operator who has 34 years of high level work experience.
Marty has been a Police Officer, and has worked for Nestle, Smith Kline Beecham, the Brisbane Broncos and as the Executive Officer to the Lord Mayor of Brisbane, Graham Quirk.
Marty is a solutions provider and outcome focused professional who has an extensive network of friends and contacts. Marty loves Brisbane and everything it stands for - he is married to Karen and has three children - Georgia, Jessica and Matthew.
