It was a clear and balmy night for the guests to enjoy pre-dinner drinks in King George Square, including an oriental cocktail and beer.
The Auditorium at City Hall was beautifully decorated with lanterns, umbrellas and ribbons complementing the changing colours of the dome. The entertainment was spectacular with Toko Ton impressing the crowd with their Japanese drumming, The Sakura Dance Group wowing with their Japanese fan dance and Hot Sauce getting everyone up on the dance floor.
Guests had the chance to win live auction, silent auction and raffle prizes with one of the most coveted prizes being a Violetta ring. The generosity of the guests and sponsors on the night meant that over $100,000 has been raised to go towards the Trust’s Major Disability Project.
