There are currently eight Trustees who form the board for the Lord Mayor’s Community Trust.

 | Lisa Newman Lady Mayoress and Chairperson Lord Mayor's Community Trust
Lisa is the Lady Mayoress for the City of Brisbane and Chairperson of the Lord Mayor's Community Trust. A Mater Hospital trained nurse, Lisa managed a private surgical practice from mid 1980’s until the 2004 election. Lisa is an active community member being Patron of the Emotional Fitness Foundation, McDonald's Brisbane Community Trust and the Lifestream Foundation. Lisa is also the Queensland Patron of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, and a committee member of the Adolescent Drug & Alcohol Withdrawal Service (ADAWS) and Life Education Australia Queensland (Brisbane). Lisa is also a busy mother of two daughters, and wife of the Lord Mayor of Brisbane, Campbell Newman.
|  | Councillor Geraldine Knapp Councillor for The Gap Ward
Geraldine was elected to Council as the Councillor for The Gap Ward in March 1997 and is serving on the Urban Planning and Economic Development Committee and Environment and Sustainability Committee. As well as participating in church, school and sporting associations, she is an active member of SOWN (Save Our Waterways Now), Western Districts Youth Club (Chairperson), Western Districts Awareness Committee, The Gap Community Association, The Bardon Community Association and Meals on Wheels. Geraldine was appointed to the Lord Mayor’s Community Trust in 2004 and as a member of the Trust she is actively involved with the Lady Mayoress in the aim of the Trust to raise funds to improve the plight of homeless and disadvantaged youth.

Sarina Russo is the Founder and Managing Director of the Sarina Russo Group. The Group includes Sarina Russo Schools Australia, Sarina Russo Job Access, Russo Recruitment, Russo Higher Education and Sarina Investments. Recognised as one of the 40 Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World in 2002, Sarina is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School, a recipient of the Centenary Medal in 2003 for distinguished service to education and co-author of a motivational business text "Meet Me at the Top!". Sarina is a member of the following boards including the Queensland Premier's Business Advisory Board, Tourism Queensland, Council for Multicultural Australia, Queensland Education and Training Export Board, Women's Leadership Board of the John F Kennedy School of Government and is chairperson of the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund.

Peter has a public sector career spanning 40 years in State Government. Prior to his current role he was Executive Director, Corporate Services and Acting Director General, Department of Corrective Services. Additionally, he had 33 years service in the Army Reserve attaining the rank of Brigadier. His last role was Deputy Commander of Deployable Joint Force Headquarters. He has held a Directorship in a private travel company. His qualifications are a Bachelor of Social Work, (U of Q) and Graduate Diploma and Master of Administration (Griffith). He is a Fellow of the Australian institute of Management (QLD).
|  | Ian Walker Partner Deacons Lawyers
Ian Walker is a partner with international law firm Deacons, and sits on the firm's Australian Board. He has recently stepped down after 7 years as Queensland Hon Secretary of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (Qld). Ian's current professional roles include membership of the Supreme Court Library Committee and the Law Society's Planning and Environment Committee. His community activity has generally been associated with the Anglican Church - in parish based refugee resettlement, as a member of St John's Cathedral Completion Board and President of Churchie Foundation Ltd., as well as Chairman of Committees of the Brisbane Diocese and a member of the Church's National Standing Committee.

Heidi is currently the Business Director for Clemenger BBDO. From 2003 she ran her own marketing consultancy 'Monster Marketing' for two years, and before that worked in marketing for Flight Centre Limited. She has always had a passion for specializing in corporate marketing, including research, statistical analysis, events and communication strategies. Heidi also holds previous experience in working for not-for-profit organisations such as the Australian Paralympic Committee and volunteer work for Edmund Rice Camps and the Royal Children's Hospital. |  | Tim Biggs Managing Partner Deloitte
Tim is currently a Managing Partner for Deloitte in Queensland, a position he has held since 2004. Tim commenced his career with Deloitte as a graduate, also working overseas and in Adelaide. Tim is a Fellow of the Institue of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Member of the Australian Institue of Company Directors and is a Registered Company Auditor. Tim was recently elected President of the Parents & Friends Association of Clayfeild College, and whilst in Adelaide Tim was on the board of the Asthma Foundation of South Australia, the Board of Governeors of Sain Peter's Collegiate Girls' School and the events Subcommittee of the south Australian Rugby Union. |
